Nelson, McKee, and Brooks File Counter Claim in Suit

Wednesday, August 5, the Injunction was extended. A trial date of December 7, 2009 has been set. The parties have been ordered to mediation within 30 days.

These orders maintain the status quo as of May 1, 2009, before we recorded the signature pages.

Payments should be made until further notice to Los Campeones, Inc. for lawn care and trash pickup.
